Welcome to Wood.Paper.Glass, LLC! We're excited to partner with talented local artists like you to showcase and sell your unique creations in our store. Our consignment program provides a platform for artists to reach new customers while we handle the sales and promotion. Below, you'll find details on how our program works, the benefits, and how to get started. 


Why Consign with Us?
Exposure and Promotion: Your items will be displayed in our physical store and promoted on our social media channels, website, and Square online store. We actively share your work to attract buyers.

Fair Commission Structure: You keep 80% of the selling price after sales, with a flat monthly fee of $30 to cover space and operations.
Flexible Terms: Monthly contracts allow you to test the waters, restock sold items, and adjust based on performance.

Community Focus: We're committed to supporting local artists through word-of-mouth, social media, and collaborative marketing efforts.

How the Consignment Process Works

Contact Us to Get Started: Schedule an appointment by calling 561-308-2374 or 561-634-6625, or emailing woodpaperglassartstudio@gmail.com. All items must be approved before consignment.

Prepare Your Items: Provide an itemized list with titles, descriptions, and prices. Once approved, tag your items with a brief description, your personal code (provided by us), and price. We need 24 hours to display them in-store and list them online.

Contract Terms:
Contracts run from the 1st to the last day of the month.
Up to 20 items per month (size-dependent).
If items don't sell, re-consign or pick them up by the 5th of the next month—otherwise, they become our property.
Monthly fee: $30 (due regardless of sales).
Commission: We take 20% of sales, plus any credit/debit card fees deducted from your share.

Restocking: Replace sold items during the month to maintain your inventory.
Promotion Requirements: As a consignor, promote Wood.Paper.Glass, LLC at least 3 times a week via social media, word of mouth, or flyers. Sharing our posts is an easy way to help drive traffic!

Payments: Receive 80% of sales via check on the 1st Wednesday of the following month. Pickup at the store or request mailing (small fee applies).
End of Contract: Review and renew monthly. We're here to help make your experience successful.
