At WOOD.PAPER.GLASS, we strive to provide an inspiring and fun creative experience for every guest. Because our offerings include in-person classes and personalized make & take projects, we have a unique return and refund policy outlined below:

Class & Workshop Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance of the scheduled class will receive a full refund or may be rescheduled at no charge.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class are non-refundable, but we’re happy to offer a studio credit toward a future class.

  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Private Parties & Events

  • Deposits for private events are non-refundable.

  • If you need to cancel your event, please contact us at least 7 days in advance to reschedule and apply your deposit to a future date.

Product Sales

  • All handmade and custom art pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

  • If an item is damaged or defective upon pickup, please notify us within 24 hours so we can make it right.

📦 Where We Ship

We currently ship to all U.S. states.
At this time, we do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes.

⏱️ Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking info.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We offer standard shipping via USPS or UPS.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on qualifying orders (we’ll let you know when!).

❗Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us at woodpaperglassartstudio@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.

  • Be sure to include your order number and photos of any damage.

  • We’ll work with you to make it right!
